Those are big words that simply mean that a psychoeducational evaluation, sometimes called psycho-ed, is an assessment of how the client learns.

A neuropsychological evaluation includes a more in-depth assessment if underlying brain functions.

Dr. G measures the client’s problem solving skills, memory, attention, language, social and emotional functioning, academic skills, and visual-spatial abilities.

This type of evaluation helps Dr. G to better understand the areas where her client may be having difficulties.
